About Kirayaforex
Kirayaforex (Kiraya Forex) is a team of IIM graduates specialising in wealth management and real estate. We help people look at their portfolio and their property as one picture, planned around the life they want.
The name
“Kiraya” is the Hindi word for rent. Kirayaforex brings together the two things we work with: real assets that can earn rent, and the financial markets. Our tagline says it simply: Kamao Kiraya Forex Mai.
What we do
- Wealth planning. Consultation and planning that begin with your goals, your responsibilities and your timeline, and return to them as life changes.
- Financial markets. Instrument research and portfolio analysis, informed by market data available through our Zerodha API integration.
- Real estate. Selected property opportunities, including fractional participation through defined investment tickets.
How we work
We start with a conversation, not a product. Before anything else, we want to understand what you are planning for and how much risk is right for you.
We prefer research before conviction and a longer horizon over quick trades. Where a property is held through tickets, we explain how rent and sale proceeds are shared, and what the risks are, before you decide.
